No matter what you choose, all their cuisine combines bold flavours and fresh ingredients, all served in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a top value meal whether in a group or dining alone.
A very popular item on the menu is their Stonegrill dishes which offer a unique cooked at the table dining experience. Your choice of steak or lamb is served on a volcanic stone pre-heated to 400oc.
The high temperature obtained with this cooking method, sears the product faster and therefore locks in the natural juices and nutrients, enhancing the full flavour and tenderness. The unique ‘dry cooking’ process uses no oil or fat and sears the meat without burning it. This eliminates shrinkage, taste transfer from cooking compounds and locks in a completely natural food flavour.
Another exciting development, which they will launch on Mother’s Day, is their all you can eat Buffet. This excellent spread held on the first Sunday of each month which features a great selection from their menu covering cold dishes, entrées, mains and dessert. A great way to sample the menu at a great value price of $38 per head for members of the Club.
