With Christmas growing closer, the Cootamundra Development Cooperation (CDC) have planned a community Christmas tree fundraiser, raising money for tree decorations to beautify Parker Street.
The Christmas tree, owned by the Cootamundra community is in need of a serious revamp, with office manager of the CDC LeahSutherland saying that the old decorations from the original 2013 tree, are beginning to deteriorate.
“It needs to be rejazzed with the main street looking the way it is- which is so fantastic. We want to make sure [the tree]looks fantastic,” she said
